Most Australian custom hoodie services use 280–320GSM blended fabric. Ours is 380GSM 100% cotton. At this weight, embroidery sits flat and sharp — no puckering, no distortion. On lighter fabric, the stitching pulls the surface. The difference is visible and permanent.

Step 2 — Tell us your design
- Text or monogram: type exactly what you want
- Photo upload (pet, vehicle, person, couple): upload a clear image
- Breed select (dogs/cats): choose from dropdown at checkout
- Tattoo or tarot design: upload or describe — we'll confirm viability
- Coordinates or Roman numerals: type the exact figures
- Corporate logo: upload your file (vector preferred, PNG accepted)
Step 3 — Approve your free design preview Within 1–2 business days we email you a digital mock-up only if you upload a photo from your side. Request changes. We don't stitch until you say go.
Step 4 — Embroidered and dispatched from Melbourne Once you approve, your hoodie is made in our Melbourne studio and dispatched Australia-wide within 3–5 business days.
