Flat on a white surface, good light, as clear as possible. A smartphone
photo is all you need.

② Order and upload
Choose the hoodie colour and size on the product page, upload the photo,
and add any notes at checkout.

③ Approve the free design preview
Our Melbourne team converts the drawing into an embroidery design and
emails you a preview within 1–2 business days. Unlimited revisions —
dad doesn't see any of this.

④ We embroider and ship
Once approved, we stitch and dispatch Australia-wide in 3–5 business days.

Q: My child is very young — will their drawing still work?
A: Yes. Some of our most beautiful results come from very young children.
A 3-year-old's marks have their own quality in thread. There is no minimum
age. Upload the drawing and we will show you exactly how it will look in
the preview before anything is stitched.

Q: Can the drawing include words — like "I love you dad"?
A: Yes — and this is one of our most requested Father's Day designs.
Your child's actual handwriting, saying whatever they wrote, embroidered
exactly as they wrote it. Upload a drawing that includes their handwriting
and we will include all of it in the design.

Q: What size should I order for dad?
A: Our hoodies are unisex in a modern boxy fit. For most adult men,
Large or XL is the right choice. Check the size guide on the product
page for exact measurements. If unsure, size up — the fit works well
with a little extra room.

Q: Can we embroider dad AND the kids together in one design?
A: Yes — up to 5 subjects per hoodie. If your child drew the whole
family together, upload that drawing and we will embroider everyone
in it. Add a note at checkout with any specific details.
