How long does it take — I have a specific date I'm working toward?

The standard timeline is 1–2 business days for the design preview plus 3–5
business days for production after approval = 5–8 business days total from order
to dispatch. If you have a specific date, order with at least 10 business days
to spare for Australian standard delivery. Priority Order at checkout dispatches
in 1–2 business days after approval (+$15) for tight timelines.

Can I embroider multiple pets in one design?

Yes — up to 5 subjects per hoodie. If they have two dogs, a dog and a cat,
