Frequently asked questions

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

Standard orders placed by 15th Dec will arrive in time for Christmas Day, based on our usual 1–2 day design preview and 3–5 business day dispatch once you approve it. Ordering closer to Christmas? Choose Priority Dispatch at checkout.

Can we each get our own hoodie with the same design?

Yes. Order two — one each — with the same portrait. Just adjust the quantity at checkout and let us know if you'd like different fonts or thread colours to make each one feel individual.

Can I embroider a handwritten note or love letter instead of a photo?

Yes. Upload a clear, flat photo of the handwritten note at checkout — dark ink on white paper gives the cleanest result. We'll send a free preview showing exactly how it will look before we stitch anything.

We've only been together a few months — is this too much for Christmas?

Entirely up to you two. It's one of our most popular new-relationship gifts precisely because it's specific and low-key rather than a big declaration — just a nice hoodie with a nice photo on it.

My partner and I are long-distance right now — does that matter?

Not at all. We ship Australia-wide and internationally, so you can each get your hoodie sent to wherever you are this Christmas.

Yes, Australia-wide — Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin and regional areas all included, with the same 15th Dec cutoff for standard delivery.
