We handcraft each hoodie individually. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Can I request a proof before it’s embroidered?

Absolutely! we can send an embroidery file with actual stitch lines for your approval before stitching starts for a small fee of $15 including revisions.

If you realize something is wrong (photo, number of pets, size), please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once embroidery has started, changes may not be possible.

What if I want to embroider something else like kid's drawings, signature, handwriting, wedding dates etc.?
