Our Melbourne team converts the photo into an embroidery design and emails you
a preview within 1–2 business days. You can request changes before anything is stitched.

④ We embroider and ship
Once approved, we embroider the hoodie in our Melbourne studio and dispatch

When to Order — Timing Guide for Wedding Gifts

The design preview and production process takes approximately 5–8 business days
from order to dispatch in total (1–2 days for the preview, 3–5 days for production
after approval).

**Ordering for a wedding in Australia:**
Order at least 10 business days before the wedding date to allow buffer for
standard delivery. If you're cutting it close, Priority Order at checkout gets
your hoodie dispatched within 1–2 business days of design approval (+$15).

**Ordering for an interstate or overseas wedding:**
Add extra delivery time for interstate. International delivery times vary —
contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline and we'll tell you
honestly whether we can meet it.

**Giving it at the reception vs. posting it later:**

Yes. You order and provide the photo. The design preview is sent to your email,
not theirs. You approve it, we make it, it ships to whatever address you give us.
They don't know until they unwrap it.

What if I don't have a good photo of them together?

Check their social media — most couples have photos on Instagram or Facebook
that work perfectly. Take a screenshot, or ask a mutual friend for a photo.
As long as both faces are reasonably clear, it will work. Our team will tell you
honestly during the preview stage if the photo won't produce a great result.

Can I add their wedding date to the hoodie?

Yes — one of our most popular additions for wedding gifts. Add the date
(and whether you'd like it in Roman numerals or standard numbers) in the notes
field at checkout. No extra charge.

How do I know what size to order?

Our hoodies run in a unisex relaxed oversized fit — sizes XS to 2XL.
For a gift where you're unsure of their size, Medium or Large is the safest
choice for most adults. If you'd like to check our size guide, it's on the

3–4 friends. One person orders and pays, others contribute directly to them.
