Standard orders placed by Dec 15 will arrive in time for Christmas Day, based on our usual 1–2 day design preview and 3–5 business day dispatch once you approve it. Ordering closer to Christmas? Choose Priority Dispatch at checkout.
Can I use a very young child's drawing — like a 3 or 4 year old?
Yes — those are often our absolute favourites. The simple, instinctive lines of a young child's drawing translate beautifully into embroidery. Don't overthink it, just upload it.
The drawing is a bit faded or scrappy — will that still work?
Almost always. The cleaner and higher-contrast the photo of the drawing, the sharper the result, but if you're unsure, upload it anyway and we'll tell you honestly in your free preview.
Can I add my child's handwritten note alongside the drawing?
Yes. Upload a clear photo of the note along with the drawing and let us know in your order notes — we'll include both in your design preview.
This is a surprise for my mum — how do I get the drawing without her seeing it?
You just need a clear photo of the drawing, not the physical original — ask your child, your partner, or another family member to snap one quietly and send it to you.
Do you ship outside Victoria in time for Christmas?
Yes, Australia-wide — Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin and regional areas all included, with the same Dec 15th cutoff for standard delivery.
