Standard orders placed by 15 Dec will arrive in time for Christmas Day, based on our usual 1–2 day design preview and 3–5 business day dispatch once you approve it. Ordering closer to Christmas? Choose Priority Dispatch at checkout.

Can I get a preview before it's made?

Yes — every order includes a free digital design preview showing exactly how your pet's portrait will look before we stitch anything. Unlimited revisions, no extra cost, until you're happy with it.

I'm buying this as a surprise and don't have a great photo of their pet — what now?

Ask the person for a recent phone photo, or a family member for one. A clear, well-lit shot is all we need. Unsure if a photo will work? Contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly.

Can I put more than one pet on the hoodie?

Yes, up to 5 pets on a single hoodie. Select the number of pets at checkout and upload one photo.
